A customer may decide to cancel an order for whatever reason. In such situations, customers should feel free to contact customer service as soon as possible. Once we are contacted, the order would be cancelled and a full refund issued. However, this must be done within 48 hours after which time the order is expected to have been dispatched.
At Bangxon Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. We have always tried to provide the very best of customer service. However, in situations where a customer needs to return an item for one reason or the other, we are more than happy to accept that. However, this should be done within 7 days of receiving the order(s).
In situations where the item received is not in the condition/description expected by the customer, a full refund including postage will be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s). However, if the item(s) was as described but the customer decided to return it/them for some other reason, we will refund the cost of the item(s) in full upon receipt but not the postage.
